- You cancelled the service request at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit time.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The washing machine was working properly after service but later developed a new or unrelated issue.
- Physical damage, misuse, power fluctuation, water damage, or third-party tampering occurred after service.
- Spare parts were installed with customer approval.
- Refund requests made after 3 days from service completion.
